Fingerprinting for your WY application
Send two fingerprint cards to the Wyoming Real Estate Commission with a money order for $39 payable to the Attorney General of Wyoming.
Processing can take 6–8 weeks with the Department of Criminal Investigations (DCI). More info: realestate.wyo.gov/real-estate-professionals/obtain-a-license. -
Don’t wait until the last minute
Start fingerprints and coursework early so exam scheduling and application review stay on track.

Complete your courses
Finish all required hours and download every completion certificate for your application packet.

Take the WY State & National exams (Pearson VUE)
Schedule through pearsonvue.com. Fees are typically $80 in person or $90 for online proctoring (subject to change).

Join your brokerage
Head to joinreal.com to start affiliation with REAL Brokerage (the brokerage powering JP’s team).

Prepare and submit your WY license application
Include proof of E&O insurance, course certificates, exam record, and any prior licensure transcripts (if applicable).
